![]() ![]() Once entering the app you should be able to store all your gift cards, however the app will not allow me to add any and there’s no help function to sort this out.Ĭhecking the card balance is also tricky as some cards won’t scan and there’s no manual option. For people like me who have really bad signal, this is extremely annoying. To log in, it texts you a verification pin, even though the account is already password protected. This app has severely flaws and very few pros. It amazing to me that after this many bad reviews the company still hasn’t tried to make any improvements. There is already an expiry date and the card has already been paid for so it’s not their money to take. Side-note about company: I think it’s wrong that the company take money off your card for every month it’s not spent up after 18 months. Either use cash or debit or credit cards which are acceptable everywhere instead. All this on top of the fact that these cards are a dumb idea in the first place. Also you have to know the balance in case your transaction exceeds the balance as the transaction will fail, which makes wanting to use these cards for part payment a trial in itself. BTW, if you don’t give the app access to the camera because using the camera is a rubbish idea the app nags you that you haven’t given it access. The app forgets the numbers if you ever close the app so you have to type the numbers in again, ffs. I thought I’d therefore use the manual method and type in the long card number and cvs once and then the app would ‘remembered’ it so it would just require the selection of the ‘manual balance’ button. The problem is photographing is a gimmick as the number is barely legible to the human eye never mind a camera because of the ridiculous pattern used as the background on the card, so is unreliable. This app either requires you to photograph the card number each time you want the balance or type in the cvs number each time you need the balance.
